User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

Subscription and Payments

Reputaty offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Reputaty and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.

Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party platforms (such as Google, TripAdvisor, and Trustpilot). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

Termination
